Safety with a Smile

We created Travis the Traffic Light, a friendly, recognizable character that made serious safety messages more human and memorable. A modular character system allowed communicators to generate new scenarios on the fly, while safety toolkits distributed to managers ensured consistent reinforcement during team meetings and daily stand-ups.

The impact: a 50% reduction in dropped-hardware incidents, demonstrating how human-centered design can drive measurable behavior change and improve workplace safety.
